About Technomax LLC
Technomax LLC is a fast-growing US-based IT solutions provider with a strong multi-decade track record of delivering high-impact enterprise projects for top-tier American clients. We are expanding our offshore engineering hub in India and looking for driven, technically sharp SailPoint Developers who want to build secure, scalable, and automated Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Role Overview
As a SailPoint Developer at Technomax LLC, you will play a core role in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. You will bridge the gap between business security requirements and technical execution by writing custom rules, building workflows, and integrating cloud and on-premises applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Custom Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, rules (BeanShell/Java), forms, and reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Application Onboarding & Integration: Integrate enterprise applications, directories (Active Directory, LDAP), databases (JDBC), HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/Entra ID) using out-of-the-box or custom connectors.
• Lifecycle Management (JML): Implement and automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access request workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks.
• API & Web Services: Build secure integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and SCIM protocols.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex provisioning, workflow, aggregation, and performance issues across multi-environment landscapes.
• Compliance & Governance: Support periodic access certification campaigns, segregation of duties (SoD) policies, and audit-readiness frameworks.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
• Core Platform Expertise: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on technical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow).
• Programming & Scripting: Strong proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting. Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Web Technologies & APIs: Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, and SCIM integrations.
• Databases & Directories: Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL databases, along with directory management (LDAP, AD, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID).
• IAM Concepts: Deep knowledge of identity governance pillars including RBAC, entitlement management, access requests, and birthright provisioning.
• Certifications (Preferred): SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, Identity Security Cloud Engineer, or Administrator credentials.
What We Offer
• Competitive Compensation: Top-tier US-standard pay packages scaled for the region.
• Flexibility: True remote work flexibility with a results-oriented culture.
• Global Exposure: Direct opportunity to work on mission-critical enterprise deployments for American clients.
• Continuous Growth: A fast-tracked career growth path within an expanding global engineering team.
